All Commission work will go through the process below
- Received request
- Discussion with client - Discuss will be exchanged through Facebook, email or over the phone to understand the client's request.
- Email confirmation - A confirmation of the discussion will be sent out in email.
- First Draft - A scanned draft of the work will be sent out to the client confirming the composition and the overall look.
- Deposit - The Client is to pay the first 50% of the agreed commission as deposit through Paypal (overseas) or Bank Transfer (Australia and New Zealand) before the actual work starts. This is dependant on the work, some work can be negotiated to be paid upon completion.
- Weekly progress - The weekly progress will be scanned and sent to the client as update and possible changes.
- Final Inspection - A photo of the work will be emailed to the client to demonstrate the final product.
- Full payment - The remainder of the payment is to be made through Paypal (overseas) or Bank Transfer (Australia and New Zealand).
- Work Delivery - Once the funds has been confirmed received, the artwork will be sent out in the agreed form (Digital Scan or Original).
